General Conditions

1. Introduction
These General Conditions govern your use of the DJ Kaputski website and the provision of deejaying and DJ booking services. By accessing the website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. DJ Bookings

• All DJ bookings must be made via the website or through direct communication with DJ Kaputski.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation.

• We reserve the right to decline bookings for any reason.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for our services are agreed upon during the booking process and confirmed in writing.

• Payments must be made via bank transfer or ideal and should be completed within 14 days of confirmation/prior to the event.

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel bookings by providing written notice by e-mail (djkaputski@gmail.com) or Whatsapp (+31630349317) only. The following cancellation fees/agreements apply:

  • If cancelled 14 days before the event or less: only 50% of the done payment is refundable.

  • If cancelled 07 days before the event or less: only 25% of the done payment is refundable.

  • BEWARE!: if cancelled 03 days before the event or less: the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• DJ Kaputski reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), in which case a full refund will be provided or alternative arrangements will be offered.

5. Event Requirements

• Clients are responsible for providing the necessary equipment (e.g., sound systems, lighting) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The performance area must be safe and suitable for the DJ's setup.

• DJ Kaputski is not responsible for technical failures related to equipment provided by the client or venue.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by DJ Kaputski, including music mixes, branding, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of DJ Kaputski. These materials may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. In case you find copyrighted content material that you do not like to find back on this website, or that you do not agree or allow being used by me on this website, then please notify me directly in writing by sending an e-mail or a Whatsapp message or make a phone-call and the conserning material and/or content will be removed from the website as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Limitation of Liability
DJ Kaputski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or the use of our services. Our total liability in any event is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Changes to Terms

9. Governing Law
These General Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be settled in the courts of the Netherlands.
